THE WIG HIRE AGREEMENT 

The wig rental agreement is entered into between Asante wigs and accessories (lessor) and the customer (renter) for the rental of wigs from [Asante wigs and accessories]. The renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement by completing the rental process and using our services.

1. The rental period 

The rental period starts on the date of delivery and ends on the specified date and time agreed upon during checkout process. The renter agrees to return the wig by the agreed return date and time.

2. Rental Fee

Rental fees are based on the duration of hire and are payable in advance. The renter agrees to pay rental fee specified on the price list.

3. Late fees

If the renter returns the wig late or fails to return at all a late fee of Mk5,000 per day will be charged. If not returned in 7 days it will be considered as a non return and rental charge plus the late fees for the 7 days will be paid by the renter.

4. Care and use of wigs

The renter agrees to handle and use the rented wig carefully. The renter will be responsible for any damages, excessive wear , alteration to the wig during rental period. The wig must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented without damages, human hair wigs can be styled using heating appliances up to 230 degrees Celsius and heat protectants should be used.

5. Cancellation and refunds

If the renter wishes to cancel the rental order they must notify at least 3-2 days before the agreed date and time. Cancellation fee may apply and the lessor's cancellation policy will determine the refund amount.

6. Liability

The renter assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft and damage to the wig during the rental period. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the lessor from any claims, damages and liability arising from the  renter's use of rented wig.

7. Fit and satisfaction

The lessor makes every effort to provide accurate description and images of the wigs on the website or WhatsApp, the lessor does not guarantee the fit, color, accuracy and satisfaction of the renter.The Renter acknowledges that individual results may vary, and no refunds will be given based on fit or personal preference.
